The Chief of Enlisted Personnel Management Separations Branch - Mr. Mike Tollefson actually tells people in CO/XO training classes, “If you want to kick someone out, call me first and I’ll tell you exactly how to document it.” I’ve sat through two different classes where he said that exact thing
