A Google search for the phrase directs people to the website, represented by a "💩" emoji on the search engine. The site repeats the phrase, and aims a taunt squarely at French President Emmanuel Macron and Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo, who have both vowed to go for a swim before the Games to prove the Seine is safe.

West Covina, CA: There was a shooting early this morning on Azusa and Amar.
Two people were shot, according to an eyewitness: “I witnessed the whole thing. I was at the McDonald’s drive-through when I heard the gunshots and then someone screaming, ‘Help, help, I’ve been shot.’ He was on the ground in the middle of the road in front of the pizza shop.
I went towards him while on the phone with 911. Unfortunately, he did not make it. One other man was shot in the back and survived.”
