Trump's counsel, Todd Blanche, notices the Florida court of SCOTUS's ruling on Immunity, writing,

"Trump guts the Office’s position that President Trump has “no immunity” and further demonstrates the politically-motivated nature of their intention that the motion is “frivolous.”

Trump also confirms that the Office cannot rely on “official acts” evidence in this case. By separate motion, we seek leave to submit supplemental briefing on these threshold issues."

Blanche goes on to signal that he will bring back the Motion to Dismiss for Smith's Office being Unconstitutional,

"Justice Thomas’s concurrence in Trump adds force to the motions relating to the Appointments and Appropriations Clauses...Highlighting grave separation-of-powers concerns, Justice Thomas suggested that 28 U.S.C. §§ 515 and 533 do not establish “by Law” Jack Smith’s position under the Appointments Clause... these “essential questions” should
be addressed “before proceeding.”

Street sign mocking California's retail theft problem goes viral.

The sign first appeared late last month outside of the Louis Vuitton store in downtown San Francisco. It reads, “NOTICE: Stolen goods must remain under $950.”

Under Proposition 47, which California voters approved in 2014, retail theft under $950 is prosecuted only as a misdemeanor.
