Remember recently, the DOD implemented “Presidential continuity policy”… worded unlike any other Continuity of Gov’t docs I’ve seen.
An elderly high-risk Biden w COVID would certainly call for COG implementation.
…And make for an easy non-25th Amend’t takeover of the Presidency.
