🧵United States v. Comey

Yet another filing from Halligan seeking to clarify the grand jury proceedings that have been the focus of scrutiny over recent days and really, since day one in this case—as the just-filed Trannoscript of Return of Grand Jury Indictment Proceedings shows.

Through multiple filings and this trannoscript, I think Halligan has mostly recovered the situation. Some weirdness and discrepancies remain, though.

WHY has it taken multiple filings, inquiries from three (truly four) judges, and many weeks to get to the understanding that we now have of the return of this indictment?

It's almost like they, the prosecution, either WANT this back and forth on this particular issue OR they are a prosecution playing defense around something not yet fully exposed.

And what is this exchange about?

A superseding indictment in the Comey case would sure shake up and re-tape the crumpling box it’s currently in!

👆 I don’t care for the presentation , but she’s got a point. Larry Ellison is buying up Paramount and now Disney too? Open AI, data storage, mass surveillance. Good times.

BREAKING 🚨 Trump says he and Mayor-elect Mamdani discussed illegal immigration "at great length": "He wants to have a safe New York. Ultimately, a safe New York is going to be a great New York... if you don't have safe streets, it's not going to be a success."

Our Congress is a JOKE...

We have a woman in the House who stole 5M from FEMA.

We have a one eyed dude who has "drinking episodes" in Mexico.

We have a dude who begged Jeffrey Epstein for money after his conviction.

We have a lady who was texting with Epstein during a Congressional hearing.

We have a dude in Congress pretending to be a women.

We have a jihadist lady who married her brother.

We have a dude who was banging a Chinese spy.

We have an old alcoholic hag who is insider trading.

We have a heavy set lady punching ICE agents.

We have a dude who made up Russian lies.

We have a dude who drinks margaritas with gang members.

We have staffers ass fcking in the Senate chamber room.

All paid for by the American taxpayer.

One of the best parts about Letitia James getting caught in her mortgage fraud scheme…

This was the niece she lied about with her property.

Just enjoy all of it. 😂😂😂

California's budget grew by $124 billion in 5 years under Newsom. That's over a 50% increase. Did government services get 50 percent better?

On top of leading the nation in taxes, California is now number one in poverty, unemployment, homelessness, illiteracy, and retail crime.
