Statement by DHS

At 9:05 AM CT, as DHS law enforcement officers were conducting a targeted operation in Minneapolis against an illegal alien wanted for violent assault, an individual approached US Border Patrol officers with a 9mm semi-automatic handgun, seen here. 

The officers attempted to disarm the suspect but the armed suspect violently resisted. More details on the armed struggle are forthcoming.

Fearing for his life and the lives and safety of fellow officers, an agent fired defensive shots. Medics on scene immediately delivered medical aid to the subject but was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The suspect also had 2 magazines and no ID—this looks like a situation where an individual wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement. 
 
About 200 rioters arrived at the scene and began to obstruct and assault law enforcement on the scene, crowd control measures were deployed for the safety of the public and law enforcement.

The issue with the P320 is not misfire. Misfire means it doesn't fire when it should. The Sig has the the opposite problem, it fires when it shouldn't.

Graham v. Connor (1989) - use of deadly force was judged. Law enforcement may legally shoot after a gun is retrieved if the person still poses an immediate threat. The key is ongoing danger at the exact moment force is used, not the sequence of events.

This is fascinating. At first you think, “A treatment for autism from a pharmaceutical company?! Fuck that!”

But then…

You know how we understand that many of us have the MTHFR gene mutation that makes folic acid (you know, the shit they spray on all our food?) a literal poison to us? And we need a methylated supplement to get the nutrients we need?

Holy crap!! They just announced a treatment for autism that is, basically, a methylated folate supplement!

That means that the autism and the gene mutations and the FUCKING FOLIC ACID (which prenatal vitamins are chock full of!) are all linked.
And this Administration all but announced it today by way of this new “autism treatment” 🤯
