I suspect Durham's own investigators questioned all these Crossfire Hurricane/Mueller Special Counsel people as part of a grand jury investigation sometime in 2019/2020.

If any of these people lied under oath to federal officials as part of an attempt to conceal an ongoing criminal conspiracy, guess what that means?

It means the statute of limitations clock gets reset.

If you lied to the IG investigators in 2019, that reset the 5 year clock on false statements. And if you lied again to the Special Counsel's grand jury in 2020, you reset the clock yet again.

The Treasury Department also used EO 13848 and sanctioned these men plus four others as Foreign Assets.

Guess which much maligned Attorney General made this investigation happen?

AG Bill Barr.

The claim that there was no foreign interference in the 2020 Election DIED on the 18th of November, 2021, but the MSM and ConInc ignored the story.

Nobody bungled the Sussmann case. The team handling that prosecution provided more than enough evidence to prove Sussmann made false statements to FBI General Counsel James Baker.

Sperry is selling a narrative here that somehow DeFilippis messed up and this is why the DC jury let an obviously guilty Sussmann go.
