WAR CRIMES AND BREACH OF CONSTRUCTIVE TRUST IN THE PEOPLE’S CONVOY IN THE USA
I listened to Ross Justice’s video that was posted in this ARMY OF FROGS Telegram channel, March 11, 2022.
Christopher Marston, Leigh Dundas, and Pamela Milacek may be committing War Crimes under Article 30, Geneva Conventions IV, 12 August 1949. The donations are “material support” or "material aid" for the peaceful “protesters” under Article 30.
If those donations are being misappropriated for “personal or political gain” or other “luxuries” (or withheld so the unused funds flow back to the AFCLF), then Marston, Dundas, and Milacek are withholding or misappropriating the “material support” or "material aid" intended for the peaceful “protesters” which is an Article 30 Geneva Conventions War Crime.
Upon closer inspection, Christopher Marston, Leigh Dundas, and Pamela Milacek are committing Breach of Trust and Breach of Fiduciary Duties under the common law and natural law of Trusts. The donations to the American Foundation for Civil Liberties & Freedom for "THE PEOPLES CONVOY" creates a Constructive Trust, and at least Christopher Marston, Leigh Dundas, and Pamela Milacek are Constructive Trustees of this Constructive Trust under common law and natural law.
The Class of Beneficiaries of this Constructive Trust can be found at https://afclf.org/the-peoples-convoy/ on March 12, 2022, which states, in relevant part, the following:
"100% OF THE DONATIONS GO TO SUPPORTING THE CONVOY!
Convoy up, America--the donate button is going toward the funding of the ride to Freedom: we are going to take
back our country for ourselves and future generations! Funds will be used to reimburse fuel and hard costs of the
trucker, and the fund is being handled by volunteer accountants and overseen by a law firm.
The solution is simple, and a product of America and her ideals: Lift the emergency order. Abide by our constitution.
End the corruption. And let Freedom once again ring!"
Notably, the "DONATE NOW" page on the https://afclf.org/donate-now/ website contains no additional information about the Class of Beneficiaries on March 12, 2022.
Therefore, if the statements made by Ross Justice and accompanying footage posted in his video on this ARMY OF FROGS Telegram channel, March 11, 2022, are true, then Christopher Marston, Leigh Dundas, and Pamela Milacek are committing Breach of Trust and Breach of Fiduciary Duties under the common law and natural law of Trusts. The Class of Beneficiaries are members of this convoy and the trust funds may only be used for trust purposes stated in the Constructive Trust: "Funds will be used to reimburse fuel and hard costs of the trucker."
The law, trusts, and the English language are curious things. When analyzing text to determine the intent of the drafter, the word "and" may be viewed as a disjunctive "and" or a conjunctive "and" to determine the Class of Beneficiaries of the funds under the terms: "Funds will be used to reimburse fuel and hard costs of the trucker." (emphasis added).
A disjunctive interpretation of "and" leads to the conclusion that the Class of Beneficiaries allows this Constructive Trust to reimburse/expend funds for fuel to anyone who identifies as a member of "THE PEOPLES CONVOY" and only reimburse/expend funds for hard costs of the trucker.
A conjunctive interpretation of "and" leads to the conclusion that the Class of Beneficiaries allows this Constructive Trust to reimburse/expend funds for fuel and hard costs only of the trucker.
This Constructive Trust is a "public trust" under common law and natural law, and therefore, as a matter of law and equity the Class of Beneficiaries should be construed as broadly as possible to satisfy the trust purposes and not frustrate this Constructive Trust.

It necessarily follows that the disjunctive interpretation, which is more broad and inclusive, must hold that the Class of Beneficiaries includes all members of "THE PEOPLES CONVOY" related to reimbursing/expending funds for fuel (which includes all truckers) and only including "truckers" for "hard costs."
Curiously, the term "hard costs" is typically associated with costs for jobs in the construction industry, not a peaceful protest by truckers, despite volunteer accountants and a law firm overseeing this fundraising campaign. But, the drafters have chosen their words "hard costs." In the construction industry, "hard costs" include the "brick and mortar" costs, the cost of the building materials; but, they also include the cost of labor. Therefore, one must conclude that the "cost of labor" for the "truckers" to peacefully protest must be reimbursed/expended to the "truckers" who are members of the Class of Beneficiaries of this Constructive Trust. The "truckers" are foregoing their ordinary "cost of labor" they typically earn each day in lieu of peacefully protesting as members of this Class of Beneficiaries, and must be reimbursed/expensed, to the extent possible, available from the funds of the Constructive Trust for the "truckers" "cost of labor" for foregoing their ordinary work to peacefully protest.
The costs Ross Justice stated for $22,000/day for "security" and $23,000/week for buses are NOT costs that may be reimbursed/expended in accordance with this Constructive Trust. Reimbursing/expending costs for such expenses are in Breach of Trust and a Breach of Fiduciary Duties of the Trustees.
The Constructive Trustees in Breach, at least Christopher Marston, Leigh Dundas, and Pamela Milacek, must reimburse this Constructive Trust for the full amount of trust funds reimbursed/expended on non-trust purposes (Security, luxury buses, etc.), resign as Constructive Trustees, and appoint new Trustees of the remaining funds plus those funds refunded by Christopher Marston, Leigh Dundas, and Pamela Milacek as Restitution for their Breach.
It necessarily follows that at least Christopher Marston, Leigh Dundas, and Pamela Milacek committed War Crimes under Article 30, Geneva Conventions IV, 12 August 1949, for failure to function as a "relief organization" providing "material support" and "material aid" to "protected persons."

Hi guys I am Cathrine, we are raising funds for an injured friend, Tom.
On the 4th March 2022 in Hagerstown, MD. He fell off a moving truck in an horrific manner and fractured his Tibia.
He is a father of four who has been unable to work or walk. He has been hospitalized and his currently recovering, thanks to the generosity of some patrons.
So, we came up with a "campaign sale" to help support his family. If funds exceed proposed amount, the excess fund will used to support other injured and hospitalized patrons.
