The Supreme Court will release one or more opinions in argued cases this term on Thursday, May 11th. At this time last year, the Court had around 30 opinions released, so far, they have released only 14 opinions.
Here is the first opinion from the Supreme Court this morning in case Santos-Zacaria V. Garland. It is a unanimous decision by Justice Jackson.
Here is the second opinion from The Supreme Court this morning in case National Pork Producers v. Ross. It’s a complicated formatting but it appears to be unanimous with Justice Gorsuch writing for the Court.
Here is the third opinion from the Supreme Court this morning in case Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico v. Centro de Periodismo. It is an 8-1 with Justice Kagan delivering the opinion of the Court. Justice Thomas filed a dissenting opinion.
