The Supreme Court has set September 26th as the long conference day, in which the Supreme Court reviews petitions that have “piled up” over the summer recess. One of the petitions includes an appeal from the eighth circuit regarding Former President Trump and his eligibility to run for president in 2024. The official Supreme Court term for 2023-2024 begins October 2nd.
