Food for thought as we wrap up the second opinion day of the season. Aside from the past two years, the Court has gone back to doing bench readings of their opinions, doing away with the 10 minute increments in between opinions on their websites, if there is more than one. That being said, and knowing that we have no idea which decision will be released on the given day, there will likely be a delay between the time it’s released and the time it’s sent here due to reading the opinion ourselves. In other words, please bare with us, thank you!
