A young boy often would go into the local barbershop in his town especially when a new customer went for a haircut or shave.
The barber always would tell his new customers when seeing the boy approaching, “ this boy has no concept of money, watch and I’ll show you.”
The barber placed $1 in one hand and 2 quarters in the other hand asking the boy, “which hand do you want ?”
The boy chose the 2 quarters and left.
The barber said, “see I told you !”

When the man left the shop he noticed the boy leaving the ice cream shop licking his ice cream cone and walked up to the boy asking, “why did you take the quarters instead of the dollar?”
The boy replied,
“ once I take the dollar the game ends!”
