Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does. If anyone among you thinks he is religious, and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this one’s religion is useless. Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.

Do we fully understand what we say/mean when saying "it's going to be Biblical" when referring to the current battle in our country???
Not certain some understand to what depths that extends to.
Do we understand that the miracles in the Bible required faith???
Perhaps not for all involved but most certainly for the leaders of that time. All these miracles were first given to man by God through the Prophets...mostly. Man had to have the faith to believe He would do what He said He would do. Let's take Moses as an example. The miracle didn't happen until Moses activated his faith in God, believing God would provide a way to fulfill His intentions. That included racing towards the Red Sea with enemy hot on their trail and THEN the Red Sea parted...THEN the Hebrew ppl crossed over to their promise!!!
How does that apply here???
Well, perhaps we get our minds off us and our minds on His Word, listen to the Prophets for where the Lord is moving and give God glory in faith. Imagine what would happen...
