There is a lot of street justice going on in South Africa as residents and business owners continue to be fed up with all of the looting and rioting. Here, a group of looters were caught, stripped naked, and forced to crawl on their hands and knees for who knows how long. There have been plenty of other beatings and whippings taking place if they are lucky enough not to get shot on site, which has been the fate for many taking to the streets to loot and destroy property.

Truly hard times at Atlas HQ
Very interesting development unfolding with the announcement of the Taliban’s “Badri 313 Battalion,” which will reportedly take over border protection and internal security enforcement. Pro-Taliban accounts are hyping the fuck out of them, especially since their first “class” graduated from the IEA Salahuddin Ayyubi Military Camp. These guys have some of the most “westernized” kits I’ve seen coming from the Taliban, however, the hearing protection over the helmet is goofy af considering it doesn’t even cover their ears.

Here is my full capstone paper that I posted on the Instagram. Sources are all included and there are sections that go into more detail, as well as a section on a hypothetical attack on an LNG tanker.
Chatter on Twitter that Taliban “red units,” which are considered the militant group’s special forces, are being sent in large numbers to Herat, where heavy urban fighting continues against ANDSF backed by former Mujahideen militias. I’m anticipating a heavy Taliban assault coming soon. We all joke about their cheesy videos but the red units are well trained and willing to die so this will be troublesome for the remaining Afghan forces in the city.
