All the footage you are seeing is from the first wave, which appears to have targeted Tel Aviv and military bases in the Negev.

More waves are expected

Still waiting on confirmation as to what was actually hit, as well as the extent of damage

April was more so a show of force than a committed attack, similar to the attack against US forces in Iraq after Soleimani was killed. Iran has the capability to conduct precise strikes, meaning they can hit a base, but purposely not hit anything that would cause escalation. This could be same case, but we will have to wait and see.

The way I saw April was like this:

- Israel kills IRGC leadership

- Iran responds with missile
and drone attack that essentially had zero impact against Israeli operational capabilities. The attack was a grand show and could be presented as a successful retaliatory attack.

- Israel responds by striking ADA systems in Iran, which did not have any impact on Iran military capabilities. For Israel, this could be presented as a successful response to Iran’s attack. Iran swept it under the rug as if nothing happened, thus preventing near term escalation.

Could we see a repeat? Does nothing ever happen?

No indication of continued strikes

So far no indication of extensive damage, only one casualty reported (Palestinian man was crushed by a falling rocket booster in the West Bank)

I’m guessing the attack lasted for 30 minutes at most. Latency in media photos and video hitting social media always makes events seem longer than they actually are.

Was going over footage from tonight and caught what appears to be a rare exoatmospheric interception of an Iranian ballistic missile, likely from an Israeli Arrow 3 hypersonic ABM.

It still appears that the only confirmed fatality from tonight’s Iranian missile attack was a Palestinian pedestrian who was crushed by a missile booster in the West Bank.

#NewOrleans Truck Ramming Attack Break Down: @thewarblog

- At approximately 0315 local time, a white Ford F-150 Lightning EV turned right onto Bourbon Street from Canal Street, driving around/ over barricades that were set up. (GEO: 29.9539767, -90.0698106)

NOTE: Vehicle was rented from the car sharing app Turo and obtained in #Texas

- The vehicle then drove northeast down Bourbon Street at a high rate of speed, hitting pedestrians along the way.

- Large cluster of casualties (~7x) observed outside of Big Easy Daiquiris (Green shaded area). (GEO: 29.9550586, -90.0688479)

- Vehicle crashes into boom lift located outside of the Prohibition bar. (GEO: 29.9560445, -90.0679705)

NOTE: The I$!$ flag flown at the back of vehicle was furled the entire time of the attack

- The suspect, identified as Shamsud Din Jabbar, then begins to shoot at responding police officers and is killed by return fire; two officers are wounded

NOTE: Jabbar was armed with a Glock handgun and .308 Winchester Rifle that were reported stolen out of #NewJersey

- Authorities now report that the attack has left at least 15 dead and another 35 wounded.

What we know about the #NewOrleans truck ramming suspect:

- Identified as 42 year old Shamsud Din Jabbar

- #American citizen; born and raised in #Texas

- Work history of IT specialist with US #Army Reserves and Deloitte, as well as owning a real estate company

- Criminal history of theft and driving with a suspended license

- Used Ford F-150 Lightning EV rented from the car sharing app Turo to carry out the attack; vehicle obtained in Texas

- Was armed with a Glock handgun and .308 Winchester Rifle that were reported stolen out of #NewJersey

- Was flying I$!$ flag during the attack

- Appeared to be wearing camouflage and body armor during the attack

- Explosive devices recovered from the vehicle

- Was killed in a shootout with police after crashing his vehicle into a boom lift

Authorities are still trying to determine if Jabbar had acted alone.

War is Hell

Warning Graphic: Above are sections of helmet camera footage from the point of view of a #Ukrainian soldier, showing him locked in hand to hand combat with a #Yakhut #Russian soldier as they struggle over a knife.

The Ukrainian soldier ultimately loses the fight and is mortally wounded, asking the Russian soldier to “let me die in peace” and that “I want to go on my own.”

The Ukrainian then tells the Russian “You were the best fighter in the world, better than me” before presumably ending his own life with a grenade as the Russian walks away.

The #FBI is now reporting that #NewOrleans terror suspect Shamsud Din Jabbar acted alone in his #ISIS-inspired truck ramming attack against Bourbon street, which left 15 dead and wounded dozens of others.

In videos posted online by Jabbar before the attack, he explained how he planned on killing his family following a divorce from his wife, but then decided to “join” ISIS before the summer and carry out an attack against the public in a “war against believers and nonbelievers.”

Likewise, FBI Deputy Assistant Director Christopher Raia reported that Jabbar acted alone in planting explosive devices in the French Quarter upon review of security camera footage. Initially, the FBI believed that potentially four other people were involved, however, they have determined to be uninvolved pedestrians.

Additionally, the FBI stated that there is “no definitive link” between this attack and the detonation of a Cybertruck outside of the #Trump hotel in #LasVegas."
