My caption was a little unclear from the footage I posted yesterday, but the CH-46 Sea Knights used by the State Department and contractors to evacuate the the American embassy were all made inoperable and left at HKIA. In the footage I posted yesterday, three could be clearly seen. To my knowledge I think there were 7 (correct me if I’m wrong) CH-46s used by the State Department in Afghanistan. Regardless they are all at HKIA. What I noticed in pictures taken by photojournalist Marcus Yam is that the tail numbers appear to have been covered up with spray paint. My best guess is to prevent the one that was also used during Saigon evacuation missions from being identified and used in propaganda. But nonetheless they all look the same and will probably be used for propaganda anyways.

God help me, Karens have discovered my page
Biden said that the Afghan war cost $2 trillion for 20 years. That’s nearly $270 million a day. $11 million an hour. $185,000 a minute.
Going through footage and pictures of the massive Taliban celebration/ parade in Kandahar and all I can see is this dude cupping the muzzle of his rifle
Having talked to many people and organizations involved in the evacuation of Kabul, I’m getting a real clear picture of how wanna be hero groups that went over to “help” ended up causing logistical nightmares that hindered operations. Trying to get enough information for a full length story. Maybe even a podcast episode when it gets going.
China has now imposed a rule that anyone under 18 can play video games for one hour a day (8-9pm) only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to “prevent the addiction to online games, and protecting the healthy growth of minors” according to the Chinese National Press and Publication Administration. When can gamers live in peace?
China’s communist party has banned “sissy men” from television to preserve the “revolutionary culture.” This is mostly in reference to popular South Korean and Japanese pop icons, which the Chinese government believes is promoting men to not be masculine. This comes amid President Xi Jinping’s efforts for a “national rejuvenation” of Chinese culture, which most recently included a large scale ban of people under 18 playing video games.
Instagram has gone down like 5 times in the past month and every time it happens I think the page gets banned
