Last Wednesday, a clash broke out between T-ban militants and Pakistani forces who were trying to erect fencing along the border with #Afghanistan at the Durand Line. T-ban officials say the incident has ended and mutual agreements have been made to resolve the issue. Pakistan had been putting up fencing and outposts for the past several years now and have cover most of the border between the two countries, against the pleas of both ousted President Ghani and the current T-ban run government.

Looks like the Taliban seized some Pakistani border fencing materials along the Durand line, this time without fighting. Clashes broke out last week over fencing operations, which Pakistan has been doing since 2017.

Reports of a fire at the Al-Harithiya Intelligence Directorate in Baghdad. Nothing suggesting an attack, so likely fireworks related.

Still quiet in Iraq so far
