Also a lot of Russian state media services down as well.
Side note: I saw a few instances on Tass before it was taken down where it published word for word Ukrainian casualty reports for Russian forces. With the amount of hacking targeting their media I wouldn’t be surprised if someone was publishing non-approved content on their website because the articles would be taken down shortly afterwards.
So part of this could be them taking down websites to prevent this as well.

Putin stated that Russia is open for peace talks, but only if their “legitimate security interests are unconditionally taken into account." These interests include the recognition of Crimea as Russian territory, the “demilitarization and denazification” of #Ukraine, and that Ukraine declare neutrality regarding NATO.
These are essentially the same three points the he made to prevent an invasion and they weren’t met then and likely won’t be met now.

Also here is a really good resource for tracking equipment losses in Ukraine for both sides: https://www.oryxspioenkop.com/2022/02/attack-on-europe-documenting-equipment.html?m=1
Just to note: these are only visually verified losses through footage and pictures being posted online. So with that they will be significantly less than what both sides are claiming.

Currently going through Russian military radio frequencies and 5125 kHz was hijacked and is just playing “go back home to Russia” on repeat.

This is what I use to listen in. Military frequencies are being discovered and posted to Twitter on a daily bases, however, they often get compromised and abandoned (like the one I just mentioned). I was listening to Russian strategic bomber chatter the other night when the invasion first kicked off.

Date/ location unknown.
From what I have gathered Z is eastern district forces, V has largely been consistent with national guard units
A lot of Chechen forces also have V markings on their vehicles, but then again a lot of the Chechen forces are national guard units
O and V markings have largely been seen on the Kyiv front and thus likely from Belarus (meant last three not four on the last one)
I have yet to see an “A” marking yet so if anyone has photos of those please include them
Absolutely massive crater from a missile strike against the Ukrainian 91st Support Regiment headquarters in Okhtyrka, Sumy. Geolocated: 50°18'20.3"N 34°52'44.4"E
My best guess is an Iskander missile did that. The reported thermobaric weapons detonation was at an oil refinery somewhere else in Okhtyrka.
Maxar reporting to Reuters that the convoy I posted about outside of Kyiv is 40 miles long.
