Romania reporting that a MiG 21 Lancer on a routine patrol went missing over the Black Sea, as well as a IAR 330 Puma Helicopter sent on a search and rescue mission to find it. Defense Ministry release mentions adverse weather conditions. Not much other info at the moment.

Ukraine losses- 163, of which: destroyed: 67, damaged: 4, abandoned: 43, captured: 49
