One of the biggest releases for me this past year was releasing the need to care what others think of me.

Expressing myself as a human being —from a position of love and authenticity— makes me feel whole. I feel free. I feel like me.

What is holding you back from expressing yourself authentically? What is holding you back from being you? There’s a spectrum of authenticity, and the more you’re blindly following along with what others think is best for you, the more your actions and expression is guided by what others will think of you, the less you’re being YOU.

Be authentically you. Be love, fully expressed as you. Forget what anyone else says- That’s the best thing to be.

Doing a poll cause I’ve heard lots of this:

are you having any abnormal stomach cramps/digestion issues in the past few weeks?
Anonymous Poll
44%
Yes
47%
No
9%
Lol what?
Anyone who sees these stories and outright dismisses them because the corporate/pharmaceutical backed “experts” tell them to... I have no words to describe my feelings towards them.
Their unwillingness to have this debate tells me everything I need to know.

If their information is solid, they would not mind being questioned/debated.

The dissenting experts— who are risking everything to speak— have been calling for the people driving the accepted narrative to debate them on the merits of the information/ideas they pose.

Instead of debating, what do they do? They hide behind their paid pharmaceutical shills and “investigative journalists” who, instead of investigating pharmaceutical companies that are notoriously corrupt, defend them at all costs by slandering, mocking, and attacking those with the cahones to speak (one being the woman who helped save my mom’s life).

Use your brain. Use discernment. Please.

Sometimes it takes an experience to wake you up.
Love this quote from my brother Tommy John

Information comes second to experience, observation and intuition. Information absent of personal experience, personal observation, or intuition-led guidance is prone to heavy, heavy manipulation.

The most wise people I know spent very little time in formal education systems. That’s not to say everything from them is bad- but the reality is that we put way too much importance on formal education systems that indoctrinate us to think a certain way, teaching us what to think rather than how to think, and worse, teach us to outsource exclusively to experts in their respective fields. The school systems create a culture of outsourcing to “experts” without any actual lived experience that rely on methods severely tainted by the lense of their education.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m so grateful for my time at The United States Military Academy (West Point). It gave me the structure, time management skills, and critical thinking abilities I needed at that point in my life— I was a terribly broken, lost person who outsourced all of his worth into things around him, hurting himself and others in the process. But it wasn’t the information I learned that was useful- it was the experience. Exactly how much of the information I learned at West Point do I use? Almost none. I learned much, much more from the amazing people I was around and the experiences that I had. Those things are the real teachers. That’s what develops real knowledge. And specifically pertaining to health, I’ll take a shaman with zero formal education who lives in the jungle or a person growing organic crops on a regenerative farm over a person formally trained 10/10 (there’s some GREAT doctors that are total exceptions to this, however).

We need to get back to being human. Back to feeling instead of analyzing. Back to using our senses, intuition and nature for guidance instead of exclusively relying on information from experts who don’t know you nor care about you. You’re smarter than you’ve been conditioned to believe that you are- without any education system, certification or noscript. Know it. Feel it.
