This is a meditation that I recorded in the fall, inspired partially by spending lots of time hiking in this majestic forest here in BC Canada. It came to mind to share it today along with a few photos of this beautiful place. May we all find the people, places and spaces that contribute to our bodies, nourish our hearts, enrich our lives and support us to have the strength, resilience and fortitude to move through these times. 🙏🏻💖 I hope everyone has had some wonderful moments this weekend.
