Take down your fake Black Lives Matter flag because I see you. I see that you are perfectly content with separation and segregation because you are able to justify it as it being everyone's own fault for not wanting to be part of an experiment like you.

White supremacy is a system and a consciousness that has had the ruling authority over humanity. Many people have spent their lives fighting it on behalf of their ancestors but from where I stand if you support the current agenda that is being pushed, you are aligning with the very system that has continuously suppressed humanity.

Want what you want for yourself but the second you coherse others into doing as you do you are stepping into the shoes of your favorite colonalinist.

Your silence, signature, just doing your job is all participation in this act of prejudice.

Employer’s Mandating Vaccinations as a condition for employment?

When you hear that EEOC guidance says “your employer can require you to get a vaccine,” this is false/ mistaken: EUAs have to have the Option to Refuse and the right to Informed Consent for EUAs. The EEOC's guidance updated on May 28, 2021, only states that "federal EEO laws do not prevent an employer from requiring all employees physically entering the workplace to be vaccinated…"[1] It does not address 21 USCS § 360bbb-3, which relates to EUAs and the option to refuse.

This is called a word game or word salad.

There is Potential Liability on Employers or Universities that Mandate Vaccines if an Employee or Student suffers any Side Effects or Death from a mandatory EUA vaccine.
