I almost died from the abuse from psychiatry and the effects of trauma from abusive gaslighting relationships, and my children were all raised under the spectre of very dangerous generational trauma that I participated in by staying.
At the time I had no awareness of what IT was, I had no idea what abuse really looked like because of my own childhood, and the descent of my spiral was worsened by therapists who were not trauma informed telling me I had “mental illness” instead of telling me I had C-PTSD from trauma and abuse.
We are not a world of mentally ill people. We are a world of trauma, gathered into the roots of our ancestors and passed down to us with every beating, every emotional assault, every deceit, and every manipulation that we are powerless to process because we don’t have the awareness or the ability to escape yet.
We are gathering that awareness. We are awakening to these familial and systems of abuse. We are awakening to a different way to raise our children, to honor ourselves and to take cate of our bodies and our health.
These old systems, both within the family and the matrix do not like us pushing against their status quo. They do not like change and they do not like losing the power they hold over people within their grasp, they would rather see people die as a result of their treatment then for people to be free and liberated from it, because at the end of the day, they survive off of the emotional reactions they produce in others.
It makes them feel relevant and is the fuel they require to feel alive, and sadly, yes, it is also a result of their own deeply unresolved trauma.
