Hi friends! Thought I’d reintroduce myself. It’s been a while!

I’m a psychotherapist/coach and a functional nutritional therapist. I help people claim their unique leadership and live their most vibrant and fully expressed lives through embodiment, resourcing, values and relational work.

I’m a poet and a seeker. I have autoimmune (type 1) diabetes.

My near-death diagnosis at 27 set me on a path. Onset followed a steroid injection + a course of antibiotics. When I presented w/ symptoms of dizziness, fatigue, blurred vision, excessive thirst, excessive urination, nausea, and weight loss (20 lbs in 3 weeks), the doctor suggested I might be anorexic. I didn’t know anything about diabetes or autoimmunity, but I knew my doctor was wrong. Next morning my friend rushed me to the ER after finding me barely conscious. My blood sugar was 1600… And I lived. In part, I believe, to participate in this global awakening. My whole life has prepared me for this moment. And so has yours. We need you.
