16 years as a loyal employee to the city of Los Angeles. 16 years of serving the public in their time of greatest need. 16 years of being as good an employee as possible. No reprimands. No demerits. No grievances. No formal discipline. Nothing. Exceptional employee reviews. Mentor. Instructor. Leader.

48 hours. You have 48 hours to get in line, to be compliant, or you're gone. Leave. NO PAY. You're on a timeout to think about your actions until December 18th and then you're terminated anyway. So in 48 hours, Saturday morning at 1100 hrs, if I'm on duty I'll be gone. Pulled out of work. Sent home. No pay. IMMINENT THREAT. You're too dangerous. You can't be here.

What a betrayal. What a slap in the face. What a complete transformation from what a Fire Department used to be. TRADITION, we used to help out fallen brothers. If someone was injured or sick long term, his buddies would schedule work parties at the house to help with yardwork and to make sure the house was kept up. If someone's spouse or child became really sick, guys would pitch in and donate money to help pay treatments or the cost of being away for awhile.
In short, people CARED. There was EMPATHY, compassion, a "brotherhood". People looking out for one another and giving support in the time of greatest need.
Today's department has lost all resemblance to that. I have 48 hours to submit to something I'm vehemently opposed to, on a personal level, something that is within my sovereign and Constitutional rights to decline, but if I decline I'll be placed off duty without pay until I'm terminated.
And yet after being served this notice I'm expected to carry out the rest of my shift, to continue to operate as if my own employer isn't trying as hard as possible to terminate me.
Let's just pretend this didn't happen. We can all still be ok right? Just "get compliant" and you won't even get disciplined. We can all carry on.

Misalignment comes from listening to all the external chatter, bouncing from expert to expert.
Misalignment comes from focusing on what you 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 (I don’t want to be sick, I don’t want to be fat, I don’t want to eat the wrong thing, etc).
When you are aligned with what you 𝐝𝐨 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 and living in harmony you will hear the guidance of your intuition...
Your intuition will lead you to the foods (and amount of food) that best serves you.
When you are aligned, you can trust yourself.
When you are aligned, you can trust your choices.

“LAW can be broken down into three areas. Land, Air, and Water. Knowing how each applies to us as a living [wo]man is key to navigating the world we presently live in.
*Remember there is ALWAYS the Freedom of Choice. That is your God given right and can never be taken away, even when you give that choice over to another. Also, it is important to remember HE WHO CREATES RULES, and this applies to all Law.
To start let's go through the different types of Law and see how they apply to life and Law.
LAND
It is to do with anything that is alive and physical. Its presence is self evident, like that of a house or anything we can create in the physical.
In law this pertains to all or any physical evidence that something exists, ie. Your body and ability to create is evidence that you are alive because nothing that is fictional, dead, or intangible can do this. This can include any documentation, whether written, photographed, videographed, and so on. Physical tangibility always takes priority in Law.
In fact, all of creation is proof of the Laws on which God created this world and therefore to know thy creation is to know the Law. As such, the Law is created and does not need to be written down.
AIR
It is to do with anything pertaining to TRUST, such as Trust accounts or relationships between two or more parties. This can be implied or explicit. A father has an implied responsibility to act in the Trust of his son/daughter, who is the Beneficiary.
In creation, there is always a mutual transfer of Trust between the creator and the creation. The creator trusts that the creation will act in benefit of him/her. Likewise, the creation trusts that the creator will act in benefit of him/her.
In Trust Law, The creator (we the people) has a duty to hold the creation (governments, corporations) accountable for their actions so that they can act in our Trust (Faith). In exchange for this Trust, the creation (governments, corporations) agrees to act in Benefit of the creator (we the people). However, this has been flipped on its head and this is due to the Government claiming ownership over our PERSONS, because they created the documentation thus becoming their property. It is important to point out that this in no way overrules the first creation of OUR IDENTITY at birth, whereby our mother and father created us and our identity. You living presence is proof of this and so the moment you create and reclaim ownership over your PERSON, anything the Government creates is overruled. This is because the creation can NEVER overrule the creator.
WATER
It is to do with anything pertaining to IDEAS, CONCEPTS, or CREATIONS OF THE MIND.
The world of the mind is the place where all ideas manifest from. All things created started in the mind with life being breathed into that idea, through the POWER OF WORDS and ACTIONS.
While it may start in the mind, there are different stages whereby this can be brought into the Law of the Land. First is to speak they idea (power of words), then is to write (power of action), then is to create. However somethings can only remain in the mind, such as Governments and corporations as they are purely constructs of the mind that we the people must agree exist. Without this mutual agreement they cannot exist.
As such, this is where most of the Law we encounter today resides. It is such that there is no living proof, even if written, that they are indeed the Law of the people. This is why all Laws created here only apply to Fictitious entities (PERSONS, Governments, Corporations).
*Now if you look over these Laws in reverse you will notice there is a pattern that emerges, and it is the Law of Manifestation. In order to manifest/create ANYTHING one must first start with an Idea (Water), then express that idea Trusting that it will be created (Air), and with the power of action it becomes a reality manifested in the physical (Land).”
