There is no licensed and approved shot available to receive. Comirnaty is the only FDA approved shot, and it is not available to receive. All other shots are approved under EUA, and according to 21 US CODE 360bbb-3, nothing under EUA can be mandated. If Pfizer started giving out Comirnaty, they would be liable for injury or death associated with that product which is why they’ve pulled this clever bait-and-switch.
Most people don’t know this, but masks have been under EUA since APRIL 2020. I know for a fact this is true because our organization was unlawfully kicked out of the Kansas City Convention Center for violating the so-called “mask mandate” (not a law— know the difference), and when we pursued legal action against the city for unlawfully removing us citing 21 US Code 360bbb-3, they payed us the amount we requested.
He is within his lawful rights to refuse both, and has some big cajones standing up to the entire DoD who is operating unlawfully.
Know your rights.
