Sometimes pictures speak louder than words.
This is why we do what we do.
We do it to learn.
We do it to grow.
We do it to align with what feels right.
We do it out of love, because that’s where we find the most strength.
We share our stories for the ones we love, the ones we miss, and the ones we haven’t even met yet.
It’s an exhausting process. Some days are painful. Some days are easier. Some days are mundane. So we laugh, we cry. We sit with ourselves. We learn more. We repeat ourselves. We repeat ourselves again.
We’ll keep speaking our minds and sharing our stories until no one else is afraid to.
We’re in this for the long game. 💚

Enjoy this dose of serotonin. WITH THE UTILITY BELT ON! Powerlifter FIRST then HOOPER. I challenge @aleczeck to a shootout 🌝
Keep active! (Even after a 9 hour shift) it's good for your terrain! 😀⛹️
I'm what they call an old school NY hooper. No hops. No handle. But I got the middy, defense and STRENGTH. All deez youngins do is shoot 3s and dunk 👴👴
Sometimes just shooting around can provide the stress relief to deal with destroying the germ theorist paradigm 🤣

Regarding the post above^^
Pardon my frustration, but I’ve just finished up reading a telegram thread from a supposed “health freedom” and “free thinking” account that completely misrepresented the argument for terrain while using loads of logical fallacies to back germ theory, and I wanted to share my thoughts.
It appears that a lot of “free thinkers” and “truth seekers” in the health freedom space are nothing of the sorts.
Let me make myself clear— there is 0 evidence that strictly adheres to the scientific method backing the notion of pathogenic bacteria or that pathogenic submicroscopic particles are passed from person to person. None. Zero. Zilch.
Don’t confuse this statement with “absolute thinking.” Don’t confuse this with me not holding room for “nuance.” No, my friends— what this is based in is truth and evidence. Truth is truth. The scientific method is the scientific method.
I don’t mind those that *believe* these things to be real, as long as they distinguish it as that— a belief. Believe what you want. But when we’re talking about fact and “proof” based in observation, hypothesis, cause/effect, specificity and strict adherence to logic/reason/the scientific method is important. The germ theory has none of that.
I am more concerned with those in the “freedom movement” who are aware of terrain but refuse to look at it and instead blindly and boldly propagate the germ theory lie than I am of the so-called normies who are completely unaware and continue to fall for it.
Before you call me “dogmatic”, ask yourself this— considering I believed in germ theory no more than 2 years ago, doesn’t this indicate the opposite? Doesn’t this indicate my ability to change my mind when presented w/ new information?
Have you actually explored the depths of terrain? Of the scientific method and how virology fails to adhere to it? Of the history of cell culture isolation? In-silico sequencing? Of the countless experiments failing to show diseased is passed between fluids? Of lanka’s control experiments? Of Enders’ initial controls? Of the fallacies behind electron microscopy? Of Veda Austin’s work with water? Etc. If you’re unfamiliar with any of the above, then you haven’t fully explored.

Happy 6 years of marriage to my beautiful bride Kylee Zeck. I wouldn’t be the man I am today if it weren’t for Ky. She was transformational in my own healing journey, and I’m so inspired by the incredible woman, wife, and mother she is. Here’s to 60+ more.
