And today it dawned on me…maybe I can’t remember a lot not because of trauma, but because my brain and body was chemically changed by “medicine.” The sad thing is, I can’t even remember the whole list. I know there is more. I spent a lot of my time being a guinea pig. All doctors I met, “wished they had a magic pill.” Not ONE of them spoke to me about diet. Not ONE of them spoke to me about environmental toxins. Not ONE of them spoke to me about detoxing. Not ONE of them spoke to me about underlying trauma. I credit my health to ME. A path I chose to embark on, and one I realize is always evolving, and ever so beautiful.”
