“Right wing lunacy” is in quotes because I’ve seen words like this being thrown around on Twitter/Instagram, explaining THIS is all that tech companies are censoring. That is so far from the truth.

I can understand the argument behind censoring dangerous language- that’s valid. However, is allowing tech companies with conflicts of interest/agendas to support (what/any agendas is for you to explore for yourself) to determine what is “dangerous speech” justified, especially when they have a monopoly on digital speech? There’s been many, many clear examples of these companies selectively wielding their censorship power in very hypocritical ways.

Think for a bit. If you’re cheering on censorship just know, as @majtoure says, “the pendulum swings both ways.”

I don’t want to jump to conclusion, but there are many unanswered questions...
