Tbh…I’m so burnt out. I’m burnt out of social media (im just here for the memes at this point). I’m burnt out of negative feedback loops. I’m burnt out of homeschooling and doing at home OT with my reluctant 5 year old, while simultaneously entertaining a 18 month old to get it all done.
It’s taken me months to recognize just how bad my nervous system has been. To the point where I didn’t even know how stuck I was because the fight, flight, freeze was constant. I’m here now, reflecting on just how to climb myself out of this, while also facing the many layers of false narratives I thought I had shedded.
Anyways, I’m not a writer. Never have been. I don’t even know if this will make sense. But to those of you who can relate to the feeling of nervous system overload, burnout, what have you…I’m sending love to you. Overcoming yourself is the hardest thing you will ever do, but also the most rewarding gift you can give to yourself. ❤️

For those who were upset over my video share RE: September 24th.
I’ve seen a lot of fear-mongery chatter surrounding September 24th. I don’t buy into it. I found that video to be a rational, albeit vague, perspective regarding what’s coming— an economic collapse (that I do believe is inevitable). It may not happen today. It probably won’t. But we do know one is coming. I wanted to simply share a video describing that it wasn’t something to fear, necessarily.
Also, for clarity’s sake, I’ve never watched any of that dude’s other videos. Lol.
