For TWF members! Tonight, join Jai Gopal for a special live two hour Winter Solstice Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Workshop. December 21, 2022 - 8 PM EST, 5 PM PST

“The winter solstice is a time when we can go inward and synchronize with the earth’s magnetic field. We live on the earth and the earth provides for us. That’s why it’s called Mother Earth. When we synchronize our energy field with that of the earth we became aligned in such a way that all that we need and want can come to us. The Master Yogi Bhajan said: ‘Revolve your life around summer and winter solstice and the rest of the year will take care of itself.’ These dates, as well as other dates of alignment like the equinoxes allow us to synchronize our energy which then allows for an acceleration on an individual level. Kundalini Yoga and meditation is the portal we use to synchronize our energy on these important dates.”
