WHEN: October 4th at 11:20AM Pacific Time, 12:20PM Mountain Time, 1:20PM Central Time, and 2:20 PM EST
WHERE: every cellphone pinging from every celltower as well as every other wireless component in every state in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
WHO: every single human and animal in the United States test range areas
HOW: an 18 Gigahertz extra low frequency (EMF) signal will broadcast for one minute duration in three increments pulsed twenty (20) minutes apart with the WEA portion sent to all consumer cellphones and the EAS portion sent to all radios and televisions, both portions beginning at the same time, layering the frequencies
WHY: For the already Covid-vaccinated, activate the Marburg virus, cause 1p36 gene deletion (primary side effect of the Pfizer vaccine), both of which include hemorrhagic orifice bleeds associated with these lab-engineered biological weapons creating a pandemic to drive populations to take more vaccinations and into quarantine camps as FEMA implements their SHIELDING APPROACH, institutes property and land confiscations by EMINENT DOMAIN and sets in motion the SMART CITY ZONES of the SDG Sustainable Development Goals of Agenda2030 enforced by the UN, WEF and WHO

DO ALL YOU CAN TO PROTECT YOURSELF AND LOVED ONES FROM THE OCTOBER 4TH ‘ALERT’

Power off all cellular phones, flip phones, computers and tablets
Remove sim cards and battery (if possible)
Put above in Faraday bags, metal boxes, *layered foil or mylar wrappers - even heavy metal cooking pots with well-fitting lids can be used
*Flexible shielding wraps can be easily made by layering twelve sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil (I recommend at least 18” X 24” target wrap size) and using clear packing tape, secure the edges and then tape each side to eliminate contact with the toxic aluminum metal
Place smart devices in a microwave in lieu of an EMF Black-out Bag and laptops and tablets in a conventional oven after powered off and batteries
Unplug all televisions, stereos, Bluetooth speakers, WIFI- smart Printer/Fax/Scanners and radios including NOAA WEATHER RADIOS from power sources
Power off, unplug, de-battery and in all ways possible de-activate and shield all other smart devices including wireless baby monitors and all robotics (Alexa, Ring, Nest, etc) as much as possible according to the above list
Now automobiles are 'smart', so do not be in or near one during these blasts
Remember other people’s devices in your proximity and shield as much as possible
Safer spaces: caves, canyons, forests since cell towers need LINE OF SIGHT. Even submerged in Himalayan salt bathwater in the tub protects, as water hinders EMFs
Old school tip: wear a clove of peeled garlic on a thin cord as a necklace
