Until a person reaches the level of Courage, they have zero interest in self-improvement... much less any interest in the state of the world that is directly impacting them.
(They do care, however, about the state of their personal world - friends, family, and their 'world' of football, the politics of their hero politician, their captivating television stories or career gossip or whatever... so... a big enough earthquake to their personal 'world' may flake some rusted gunk off the gears and begin the courage-driven awakening process...)

But remember: something like 85% of people live in the area below Courage. If you trying to inform them of authoritarian BS impacting their lives... if you insist that they listen to you, learn what is going on and join the effort to resist tyranny, they will ignore, you, or even fight you.

Which is also why, if/when a severely totalitarian NWO comes into play, all the people below Courage may get a bit irritated at some aspects of living under tyranny... but they'll go along to get along... because they simply do not care enough. As long as they have a UBI and virtual reality for constant entertainment, they are happy enough. The tyrants will say, "See? You live in a democracy, and far more than half of the people of the world are AOK with our NWO. So, it is your duty to play along and do what we say."

“Consequendly, over the past one hundred thirty years, such civil law has been destroyed and has been tacitly transferred to the police power of the federal and state governments. This has been implicitly accomplished by section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment, of and through which such legal operation is set forth:

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

In legal operation, it naturalizes everyone born in America to be federal citizens at birth. This clause is referred to as the "haturalization dause": however, such citizenship is voluntary. It must be established that the Fourteenth Amendment citizenship develops a character that is somewhat repugnant to natural and international law.

In fact, said amendment induced a commercial-based constitutional system of law. That is to say, everything that is encompassed in the governmental de facto system is of a contractual nature, which imports the creation of legal fictions and creates several conflicts of law. Another repugnant factor that coexists with this de facto citizenship is the imposition of an unnatural allegiance to the "United States." Accordingly, Americans do not realize that they have given up their liberties by not expressly terminating the de facto citizenship at their age of majority moreover, they further consent (in a tacitly made commercial style agreement) to the induced constitutional system and unnatural franchised citizenship by voting, pursuant to Section I of Amendment XIV.”
