Sure, there are bad people out there doing bad things that cause harm.
But when we know better, it’s on us to fix it.

How is my lack of ownership, physically and metaphysically — thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and actions — perpetuating the harmful effects? Am I doing this to myself?

A strong coherent field will overtake and entrain a weak incoherent field.

What am I doing that is weakening my field? What am I doing to attract more disharmony in my life? What am I thinking? How am I feeling? What am I consuming? What am I creating, consciously and unconsciously? Are my actions harmonious? Am I strengthening my field?

All of my ailments are 100% a reflection of the the choices I make in my life, today, and are 100% my responsibility to fix. No one else’s.

Blaming others will get me nowhere.
Choosing to take full ownership of my own life and the way it’s playing out is the only solution.

I create my own disease by my daily thoughts, feelings, beliefs and actions. And I create my own vibrant health by my daily thoughts, feelings, beliefs and actions.
