Join us tonight at 7pm ET for the premiere of episode 208: How Conventional Medicine Is Ruining Our Kids with Dr. Larry Palevsky.

In this episode, Alec talks with Dr. Larry Palevsky about how a conventional pediatric career slowly unraveled into a broader view of children’s health. The turning point wasn’t a single event. It was the accumulation of clinical patterns that didn’t match what he had been taught — kids returning with the same illnesses, antibiotics that didn’t change outcomes, and symptoms that didn’t fit their diagnoses.

Forwarded from Confluence Festival (Alec Zeck)
We’ve historically struggled to market Confluence…

How do you capture the feeling and experience of an event like this?

“Like-minded community”?
“Health & freedom”?
“A conference meets a music festival meets a farmers market meets a retreat”?

Nope. Still not it.

It used to frustrate us. But now, moving into our 4th edition, already halfway sold out without even announcing a single speaker or musician, we’ve embraced it.

Words can’t describe this event.

Confluence isn’t something you understand by reading about it. It’s something you have to experience to know.

And the people who are meant to be there already feel that.

We’re trending towards over 1,000 people on site this year. If that’s you, we recommend hopping on tickets before we fully sell out.

Join us tonight at 7pm ET for the premiere of episode 209: How Humans, Nature & God Are Actually Connected with Tyler Engle.

What if the most advanced technology on Earth isn’t in Silicon Valley — but carved into temples, shaped in stone, sung by animals, and wired into your own nervous system?

This week’s guest, Tyler Engle, is the creator behind the viral deep-dives into animal “language,” sacred architecture, cymatics, and plasma intelligence. In this conversation, we follow how a kid from Wichita — cleaning skyscraper windows and making bass music — ended up reverse-engineering reality through sound, geometry, water, and ancient temple science.

Join us tonight at 7pm ET for the premiere of episode 210: Christ’s Millennial Reign & Satan’s Little Season with Paul Stobbs.

What if the history of the world — and the timeline of Christianity itself — has been dramatically misread?

In this episode, Alec sits down with Paul Stobbs, creator of Understanding Conspiracy, known for his deep dives into Nephilim, spiritual warfare, and the exploding conversation around the millennial kingdom, the little season, and whether Christ may have already returned. Paul breaks down how he first got pulled into these ideas, why the topic overtook his channel, and how the movement around it accelerated far beyond anything he expected.

Here’s just a short list of reasons people have claimed I’m controlled op:

- Out-of-context pictures of me putting my hands on my face (or maybe I was signaling my allegiance 👀)

- Because I was in the Army (or maybe I still am 👀)

- Because I studied systems engineering in college (or maybe I’m still secretly engineering systems 👀)

- Because I graduated from West Point

- Because I played a sport for the Army which was “just a cover for me actually working for Army intel”. (Funny enough, the pro handball team I trained with in Germany is sponsored by Bayer TSV Bayer Dormagen e.V. 😂. Reality is hilarious).

- Because I have Shilajit, Aires Tech, and other products on my site (stuff I actually use lol) and those are allegedly tied to the “bio-digital convergence”

- Because I’ve done a podcast on urine therapy

- Because I’ve openly talked about my experience in a Qigong spoon-bending class

- Because I talk about God

- Because I don’t talk about God enough

- Because I talk about Jesus

- Because I talk about consciousness, near-death experiences, etc.—which is apparently “too New Age”

- Because I talk about alternative law approaches (in all seriousness, if you listen to my podcast, I admit that I continue to refine my perspective on this and am still learning, so I may have said and promoted some things in the past that weren’t the best approach or weren’t entirely correct. I’m not perfect and all knowing)

- Because I’ve appeared on podcasts hosted by people others claim are controlled op

- Because I’ve spoken at events that featured speakers others claim are controlled op

- Because I “fail to name ‘the Jew’”

- Because I don’t talk enough about [insert their preferred topic here]

- Because I don’t believe in germ theory and am “misleading people from understanding there was a real lab-made virus”

- Because I’ve had guests on my podcast who do believe in germ theory

- Because I stopped participating in a project due to personality differences, which means I clearly wanted to sabotage the project.

- Because I once said “I think Charlie Kirk is actually dead but I’m open to changing my mind”

- Because I’m not pro-Trump

- Because I don’t believe in voting

- Because another “truther” said I am

- Because I’ve changed my perspective on things over time

In the past, I made serious efforts to defend myself against stuff like this. I was deeply bothered by it.

When I was younger, I felt misunderstood. I was a white kid who was raised around a lot of black kids in my peer group. My grandpa owned a well-known car dealership, so people assumed I was just a privileged white boy who got handed everything. Those who really knew me knew that couldn’t have been further from the truth.

I just wanted to be seen for who I really was, not the surface-level assumptions. And when people made snap judgments, it hurt. A lot.

So when people say “This person said you’re controlled op, you should probably make a statement about it,” I used to listen. I used to try to explain myself, make my case, calm people down.

But it backfires. Every time. In each case, no matter what I said, the individual in question was already set on misunderstanding me. It was the same for me growing up.

I’ve healed a lot of that wounding now.
I know who I am.
My wife knows who I am.
My kids know who I am.
My friends and family know who I am.
And all of these people have taken the time to know my journey and know where I come from.

Sometimes when I see these comments, it still stings for a second. But then I remember: I can’t control what others think of me. And people in my position are bound to get hit with projections. It comes with the territory.

The greatest of greats didn’t stop to explain themselves every time they were misjudged.
They stayed the course.

I don’t claim to be like Jesus, but I try to be like him. And all I can do is this:

Love people.
Tell the truth.
Admit when I’m wrong.
Express myself authentically.
And let the chips fall where they may.

Please don’t blindly accept anything I say.

Please don’t blindly accept anything anyone says.

Use your discernment. Trust your judgment.

If that leads you to the conclusion that I’m controlled opposition, then so be it. At least you’re thinking for yourself.

Join us tonight at 7pm ET for the premiere of episode 211: How the Law of One, Densities & Forgiveness Actually Work | Edmund Knighton

If consciousness is moving forward, are you moving with it or resisting the invitation?

In this episode of The Way Forward, Alec sits down with Edmund Knighton for a conversation that goes places most podcasts avoid. They talk about vulnerability, not as a concept, but as a lived experience and what it actually feels like to drop the persona, step out of spiritual performance, and be fully human.

They explore spiritual awakening, intergenerational trauma, and the quiet ways healing really happens. This conversation weaves through the Law of One, masculine and feminine integration, dreams as teachers, and why true consciousness expansion often begins with discomfort rather than certainty.

The episode I released today is with a man I can almost guarantee you've never heard of—Edmund Knighton.

No huge social media presence, no massive email list, no YouTube following, no major public speeches under his belt.

A hidden gem, you might say.

But he is, for sure, one of the deepest human beings I know, and I’m so grateful that my friend Jared introduced me to him.

He exudes love, compassion, wisdom, and truth, and it pours out of his mouth in an incredibly poetic fashion.

Our episode impacted me so much that, after it, I called my Confluence co-producers and said “trust me on this. Basically no one knows who this guy is, but he HAS to speak this year.”

So he is. He’ll be speaking on MainStage at Confluence in April.

I'm not saying I agree with absolutely everything he says (rarely is that the case with anyone I interview), but I'm certain you'll find medicine in much of it.

As always, take what resonates and leave what doesn’t.

“Biohacking” taken to its extreme conclusion, is anti-nature & anti-health.

Look, there’s absolutely place for products, gadgets, and technology when it comes to health, especially with the toxic environments we’ve created for ourselves.

It’s all about priorities (and really preference—you do you).

In my humble opinion, nothing will replace what I’ve said above. Those 11 things come first. Those are the most important health essentials. Then the others are nice additions.

Taking a moment to be a bit more direct with my podcast listeners.

If this doesn’t apply to you, feel free to skip this.

Most podcasts have corporate backing, massive donors, exclusive episodes behind paywalls, or big brand advertisers footing the bill.

The Way Forward has none of that. We’ve had many potential advertisers approach us that we ultimately turned down in order to stay in integrity. I don’t want to endorse products or brands I don’t personally use or believe in.

I also haven’t been as clear about this as I should have been—and now I’m swallowing my pride and asking for help.

This podcast is sustained overwhelmingly through memberships to TheWayFwrd.com.

Our show has roughly 140,000 downloads a month. If even a small fraction of that chose to support, we’d be able to sustain this.

We’re not asking for donations. We’re asking you to join TheWayFwrd.com as a means to support our show.

Membership is $99 a year (about $8.25 a month—think roughly the cost of a couple organic kombuchas at Trader Joe’s), and it allows you to instantly connect with people, practitioners, and community aligned with health and freedom in your local area.

If you’d like to see the podcast continue, this is how you can support it.

Is he “signaling that he’s a free mason?”

Sure. He could be. That’s a possibility.
And that type of signaling absolutely does occur. “They” let us know their allegiance to various occult groups and dark organizations through symbology.

But the paranoia, lack of discernment, inability to hold nuance, and inability to understand the importance of context within the so-called “truth” community is, really, a fascinating phenomenon to observe.

Basketball was my life growing up. Literally. Basically my entire identity. My dad was a college basketball coach until I was 9, my first word was “ball”, and I spent night and day playing. From age 12 and up, I spent—no joke—at least 4 hours a day training for basketball, whether it was a school day or not.

My weekends? Basketball. Every weekend. Playing in tournaments or practicing.

You get the picture.

Prior to the nerve damage in my left arm from my 2017 shoulder surgery (lost fine touch), I was a hell of a 3 point shooter.

When I was a sophomore in high school, before I ever knew what free masons were, I started Point Guard on the varsity basketball team at my high school. In an away game in February against Olathe East, I caught fire. Went 5/5 from the 3 point line. Guess what I did on my last make?

Running back down the other side of the court, I put 3 fingers up, made a circle with my thumb and pointer finger, and put it around my left eye. 😮😮😮

Again, I knew nothing about Freemasons or the illuminati at the time. I was just doing a common 3-point celebration that many of my friends and basketball players I look up to did.

To the non-basketball-familiar truther, this screams dark symbology. But to a basketball player, this screams “Harden just hit a 3-pointer before this picture.”

Symbology needs context.

My good friend Chris Crutchfield is a filmmaker who used to work in Hollywood. If you know Chris, you know that he’s fully aware of what’s going on in the world, that Hollywood is rampant with freemasonry and satanism, and that symbols are flashed to subtly and sometimes blatantly show allegiance.

The other day he told me (paraphrased) that oftentimes when he was on photo/video shoots in Hollywood, there would be dozens, if not hundreds of takes for each shoot. And with the photos, some of the times the up-and-coming actors would put their hand over their eye because they ran out of ways to pose and just felt awkward.

Now, could some of them have been signaling their allegiance to the Illuminati? Of course. For sure. But some were just posing in a way that was different than the previous 100 poses they’d done that shoot.

(And then maybe those in charge of choosing which photos were to be published intentionally chose the photos with the hands over the eye…)

Context matters.
Nuance matters.
Discernment matters.

“Look at this picture of [insert name of someone in the health and freedom movement] putting his hand over his eye. He’s controlled op.”

Some of them may be genuine signaling. I acknowledge controlled opposition exists.

Some, you can easily go back and watch the video and see that they were briefly itching their eye, and someone screenshotted that exact moment to frame them a certain way.

Everyone has been gaslit, lied to, and misled— especially over the last 5 to 6 years. The paranoia and lack of trust is 100% understandable.

What I’m attempting to do with this post is invite you back into grounded discernment, an ability to hold nuance, and an ability to understand context.

Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t.
Don’t blindly trust anyone.

Symbology will be their downfall, but symbology isn’t what’s happening every time.
