Disease and sickness are healing. Don’t let anyone convince you otherwise. The body only knows how to adapt to input it receives from within and the outside. Symptoms of all kinds are healing. The name creates an algorithm, that creates a treatment plan that puts everyone into a box...assuring you never get out. If you truly want to heal...You are not your label. Stop calling it “your” label. Stop talking about your past label. If your IG name is your label, change it. Every disease they have ever named was/is the body’s unique way of healing that individual and assuring their survival. Your body doesn’t get confused and attack itself. It isn’t flawed. It never makes mistakes. Find a practitioner that speaks the same language.

I do not live to avoid disease. I never played sports to not get injured. I don’t drive my car to not get a ticket or get in an accident. I don’t pursue love to not get hurt. I live full. Void of fear or doubt I myself. The drive is the journey to my destination.
