And if they are willing to sign they'll have to go find 2 witnesses and provide proof of address which they'll probably not be willing or able to do. 😇

This could be a useful tool to print in advance and give the elderly who do not want the vaccine and who happen to open the door to a vaccine pusher on their doorstep.
