My COVID Test Experience
Several days ago I had my first ever test for COVID (requirement for starting a new job). In fact I had 2 tests in a single day about 30 minutes apart. In both cases it was myself that did the test but with a nurse watching and giving instructions.

One test was the PCR Test where in this company they get you to swab the back of your own throat and then they send off the swab with the results back in 48 hours.

The other test you swab your own sinuses and get the result back in 15 minutes.

I was really surprised at how much I wanted to gag whilst doing the throat swab on myself. And having the nurses watching you only made it worse as they were encouraging people to be more aggressive with themselves. I didn't have breakfast that day but if I had I wouldn't have been surprised if I'd thrown up.

The nose swab was the worst out of the two. We were told to blow our nose and then pick one nostril, which I did so but again the nurses are encouraging people to go deeper and deeper.

Immediately after doing the test my eye closest to the nostril started to water. It's been several days now and I can still feel whatever trauma I might have caused myself with the nasal swab. I feel like I have been punched in the nose, my eye was red and watering for several days after and my head still hurts on the side I did the swab.

I can't imagine how bad this test would be for those who are having someone else do the test on them.

For yourself you're obviously going to be much more gentle then someone else doing the test to you.

I also cannot imagine what physical and mental trauma it will cause if children have to have the nose swabs with someone else doing the test to them.

I've also heard in some places they use the same swab in your mouth and in your nose. There's billions of bacteria in the human mouth, so taking that same bacteria and putting it into the sinuses cannot be good for people's health and could lead them to getting some kind of sinus infection.

What it will be like if this test becomes a regular part of people's life - especially for children.

If you notice people / kids that act up more when there's a full moon it might be a possible sign that have parasites inside of them which lay eggs, etc according to the phases of the moon
