Sarah Everard - This CCTV Photo that was released to the public - anyone notice anything strange about it?

According to the newspapers this was a photo from a Private Doorbell Camera ..

Exactly how high off the ground is this doorbell? Looks to be more than 10 feet off the ground.

Also most CCTV cameras switch to night vision mode in low light - which means the image should be in Black & White.

In the photo she appears to be walking into a fully lit building - such as a takeaway?

This does not appear to be a photo taken of a person walking on the street but a person walking into a building. And the image behind her is blurred out... why?
