NEW - NYC Mayor Adams to hand out $53 million in pre-paid cards to "migrant families." Piloted by Mobility Capital Finance, cards will refill with up to $1,000.00 every 28 days.

Program success may lead to expansion for all 15,000 "migrant families" in city hotels.

Just four months ago Adams said, the open border, "Will destroy New York City."
