Ballistic missiles don’t use separate radars for guidance. They use internal guidance & navigation systems to hit their targets, independent of any ground-based radars.

Ground-based radars like the ones pictured in the previous tweet & as discussed by Fox New’s Pentagon ‘correspondent’ Jen Griffin are large billboard search/early warning radars which are typically used in tandem with specialized fire-control radars as part of Air Defense Surface to Air Missile (SAM) batteries.

This is what happens when ‘reporters’ or ‘journalists’ from very large media outlets swallow nation-state talking points (propaganda) uncritically & w/o review & then blast them out as if they were verified. Jen Griffin doesn’t even know the rudimentary basics about ballistic missiles or radars, & never bothered to ask anyone who did prior to releasing the claims as if they were verified.
