OK, let’s talk about a serious subject here: military readiness. I believe women should serve in the military. I believe there are roles in the US Military they are absolutely as capable as men. Pilots, intelligence officers, and many other roles. There are some roles in the military where they simply cannot FOR THE MOST PART perform at the same level as men. I know of at least one woman that worked side by side with a small team of Delta Force operators & performed extremely well. That being said, she is an anomaly. The exception. There are a handful of exceptional women like her in roles like Combat Infantry. If a woman can achieve at that level, i support them. But we need to be honest with ourselves when women cannot do a job. When we’re talking about a combat role like infantry, the cost of a teammate that cannot do the job is the loss of others’ lives, not just hers. Or his for that matter.
If you cannot excel at a role, in combat units, you shouldn’t be there. Because you’re a liability to everyone else.

Im saying this because right now, under the Biden-Harris administration, recruiting & retention is at record lows, beating even the lows seen at the end of the Vietnam war.
Yes, thats how depleted & unready we are, while China makes leaps forward every day.
We cannot, even with so many unfilled slots, afford to accept people for roles they cannot successfully fill.
It will cost us lives. For each person in each slot who is a DEI hire, or gender hire, or simply a warm body to boost numbers on paper who are unqualified and stuck in a role, each one of those people will cost us multiple lives in a war.
And the weaker we become, the more unprepared & unable to fight we become, the more emboldened China becomes & the more likely we are to find ourselves in a war we didnt want & didnt start after a surprise attack like pearl harbor.

I’m going to share a series of screenshots below. Its a boot camp training event where a female soldier is finishing a 12-mile march w/ rifle & 40 lb pack in under three hoirs. No easy task! But thats the point: infantry are routinely asked to do feats like that. Its simply life in the infantry. And they are expected to be energetic enough & fresh enough following the march to set up a fighting position, possibly under fire, & fight effectively.
The woman pictured finished in the allotted time; but i want you to view the imagery with only a few questions in mind.
1. Does she look ready to fight, at the finish line?
2. Does she look like an asset to the other men who were already there & finished?
3. Does she look like she adds firepower to the team at the finish line or does she look like a casualty her team would have to divide resources to treat while fighting?
4. When she falls, would they leave her or would they have to risk mens lives under fire to go help her?
Look closely. How would you feel having this woman assigned to your infantry squad or platoon in a war with the Chinese? ⬇️

Listen, women can bring a LOT to the fight. And in our military compared to the manpower numbers china can field, we NEED them in the ranks.
But this particular example I’ve just shown you: is this a success story or a danger to the group?
Like every job, on every team, you must have the right people in the right roles to be successful.
One person in the wrong role can cause an entire team to fail. And we are talking about a profession where failure means a lot of people on the team or the whole team DIE.

Again, we need you ladies on the team. We want you on our team.
But DEI is putting the wrong people in the wrong roles & will cost us lives, & possibly cause us to lose a war for our survival.
We have to stop this. We have to be honest with ourselves before its too late.

After my thread about DEI & military readiness, i immediately lost five followers.
I never promised you I’d tell you pleasant easy to swallow lies— i promised I’d tell you the truth, good or bad. Ugly or pleasant.
I’m going to let Cynthia explain it to you to put the exclamation point on it. She gets it.
SHE is the standard. The right person in the right role.
Its about ensuring the RIGHT PERSON is in the RIGHT ROLE, so the Team succeeds.
