Profoundly mental ill. Almost certainly bullied. Definitely an outcast. Shades of jealousy. Lots of anger at her parents. This 15-year old girl spent years building up that rage. The words written in that ‘manifesto’ ramble on, and few of the sentences make any sense. She was angry at the world it took a long time & a lot of events to get that mentally disturbed, & that full of rage.

So many questions:
1. What happened to this girl at school? Clearly she had no peers. Bullying, and what else?
2. Home life- why such deep hatred for her parents? She says nothing about her mom, but explicitly claims substance abuse problems with her dad. What’s the truth?
3. Lots of references to no one wanting/liking/caring about her.

This girl’s abhorrent crimes are the final terrible chapter of a long story. Where’s the other chapters?

JUST IN - DHS, FBI, FAA and DoD release joint statement on mystery drones: "The sightings to date include a combination of lawful commercial drones, hobbyist drones, and law enforcement drones... We have not identified anything anomalous."
