For nine months Democrat Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer decided he wasn’t going to allow a vote on a bill that was funding cancer research for kids.
The Democrats tried to shove it in the bloated 1500 page omnibus. They tried to use it as a weapon to force the Republicans to approve that omnibus pork bill.
Funny how the moment the Omnibus pork laden CR dies, & the clean resolution passes Schumer put that children’s cancer research funding bill to the floor and it passes….
How many kids could’ve been saved in the last nine months with that money ?
