Under Communism in the Soviet Union & in China, self defense is not allowed. It is federal law that ONLY the State can engage in violence, even to protect life. Anyone protecting themselves is seen by The State as usurping state Authority & Power & committing a serious crime.

Putting Daniel Penny on trial for defending the lives of people on the subway directly led to/caused this. Just as the communists indented.
