NOW - At least 28 injured after a 24 year old asylum seeker from Afghanistan plowed a car into a crowd in Munich, Germany. Children are among the many injured. Police detained the terrorist.
According to the police, the terrorist is known to the police for drug and theft offenses and was required to leave the country.
The suspect is identified as Farhad N., born in 2001 in Kabul, Afghanistan. He is said to have arrived in Germany at the end of 2016. According to Spiegel, he reportedly posted "Islamist content" before the attack in Munich.
