Bret also pointed out what Kim Strassell highlighted in the twitter thread i shared earlier: FBI had trannoscripts of Flynn-Kislyak call- they had no reason to question him, they knew exactly word for word what was said in the call. And they did this telling him he didnt need a lawyer so they did this (entrapped him) by denying him legal counsel.
