28% of US Voter Verifications Have NO MATCH at Social Security Administration

As promised, here is the video of the 2/13 State Board of (S)elections *****ILLEGAL CERTIFICATION**** of ES&S voting systems.
- Certification Report posted at 6:02 PM the night before
- The public and the board members had no time to review prior to the meeting
- No public comment allowed on agenda items even after asking Monae, Deadrick and AG office Grant Flynn
- All board members were remote via Teams
- The Board did not attend the machine testing
- The Board did not appoint a designee to attend the machine testing
- Christine and Evan of the SOS office designated themselves as the "designee" of the Board
- The certification report was a copy and paste of the admin rules into a word document - with the word "YES" written underneath each rule. That does not constitute a report
- The posted machine testing demonstration was for 3 days
- Christine and Evan and ES&S blew threw a three day process in a day and a half, skipping nearly half the requirements
- Christine Lehrkamp, State Election Director admitted repeatedly that they did not perform required testing benchmarks
- Christine Lehrkamp, State Election Director admitted to newly appointed board member Kristin Matsuda that they deferred their responsibility to ES&S, even to literature they may have read at some point.
- No demonstration of disability equipment, no demonstration of the laptop, ballot images, cvrs, flash drives, reporting features, and much more
- The board changed their rules in 2020 to require all electronic voting systems be certified to VVSG 1.1 (2015)
- In 2021 - the Board certified ES&S EVS 6.1.1.0, which is tested and certified to VVSG 1.0 (2005)
- On Friday - the Board certified ES&S EVS 6.5.0.0, which is tested and certified to VVSG 1.0 (2005)
There is not a single voting system in the entire United States of America that had been submitted for testing and approval or has been certified by the EAC to VVSG 1.1 (2015).
What does this mean?
This means there is NO electronic voting system available for the BOE to certify to their own rules.
It means the State Board of Elections illegally certified the voting system in 2021.
It means the BOE ILLEGALLY CERTIFIED the ES&S voting system again this week.
They violated their own rules over 20 times.
They intentionally barred the public from commenting on it.
They KNOWINGLY violated the law, b/c they were served by the Hughes County Sheriff on 2/12 at 2:17 PM with a Motion for and Affidavit in Support of Preliminary Injunction.
They were emailed a petition by Jessica Pollema requesting NO CERTIFICATION until these issues could be resolved.
THEY CERTIFIED IT ANYWAY.
There was a glimmer of light with newly appointed BOE member Kristin Matsuda who voted NO to certify, and Scott McGregor abstained.
They demonstrated intent. They showed disdain for the public. They committed a crime in broad daylight in front of everyone and walked out.
This is just a small portion of the violations and risks of the electronic voting systems.
Senate and House State Affairs killed the bills that would have helped address these issues.
The legislature doesn't act. The Board is derelict in it's duties. The SOS is run by a criminal gang of thugs. No one does their job. And they all wash their hands and walk away while the citizens who are national level experts get the shit kicked out of them repeatedly.
This is a shame. A disgrace. An affront to our founding fathers. A violation of their oaths.
This is NATIONAL CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE.
Election Security is National Security.
