There is Abso-fucking-lutely no doubt now that ‘Crossfire Hurricane’ investigation of Team Trump & later the Trump administration was 100% illegal. It was a criminal act. And by extension so was the #mueller #witchhunt
And this is an Activist Obama judge trying to save McCabe & his conspirators from #spygate by compromising cases through discovery.

1.) even if pelosi gets the votes to pass it, #CocaineMitch is going to laugh at it & round file it.
2.) bills that dont get voted on before end of session expire. Unless nancy finds a magical way to force McConnell to pass it, its Dead On Arrival. DOA. Forever. Because it wont survive the end of session. So she has a short window.
3.) even if by some 2020 quirk of fate Pelosi could get team mitch to pass it, what do you think President Trump would do? Veto it. And he’d mock her publicly for being so stupid while he vetoed it.

Here’s the problem: as someone who has family knowledgeable of this type of insurance, let me explain how stupid the FBI agents involved really are.
‘Professional Liability’ insurance is for people like lawyers, like accountants, people who work with contracts & with data.
Their primary concern is leaving out a key detail that changes a situation, business deal, or contract & *by accident* they leave out or get a critical detail wrong, and that opens them up to liability to damages of someone else as a result of their mistake.
Like a home inspector who fails to notice the termites, and is later sued by a homeowner who made the purchase unknowing of the termites, & wouldn’t have if he had that info. The inspector is liable for home buyer’s damages bc he committed a Tort under biz law.
We’re talking negligence- incompetence. Not Criminality. Lets say the inspector was good buddies w the home *seller* & *intentionally hid* the news of termites to get the sale to go through. That is FRAUD.
FRAUD- a Criminal Act- like knowing the Steele Subsource was a Natl Security Threat, knowing the Dossier was lies & defrauding the FISA court, launching an illegal investigation & then mueller team.
And defrauding several other courts where Mueller team tried people.
Thats not negligence or incompetence- that is INTENTIONAL CRIMES that were KNOWINGLY committed: THOSE ARE NOT COVERED BY PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE.
