Its time to have the conversation about disbanding the FBI & replacing it. Its not salvageable & most of what it does is redundant to other agencies. A great example is FBI HRT. With 1st SFOD-D & NAVSPECWARDEVGRU, HRT is redundant & a waste of tax payer dollars that has REPEATEDLY been misused to the point of committing murder.
